Las Vegas Paiute Golf Resort

Course was in excellent condition. This was shortly after being punched and sanded. Wind was very strong but course had no control over that. Played Wolf course. Wonderful but could and windy experience. I would always recommend playing there. Oh yeah, food and service was great.

We are a family of 3 golfers (Husband, Wife and 17 year old son) visiting Las Vegas to play golf from the U.K. This was our most expensive round today at $538 for all 3 of us (son got a junior rate which was welcome, thank you, the 1 star is for that)and we were looking forward to our round. As we started our round it became quickly clear that the wind gusts were exceptionally strong ( my husband a retired army helicopter pilot guessed they were 40-50mph) We persevered despite our balls not staying on the tee and not staying still on the greens. My husband commented that if this was a PGA tournament it would be cancelled. It was unplayable.We had had enough by the 7th hole and speaking to the group in-front of us they agreed that the strong wind made it unplayable and un enjoyable. My husband went into the Pro Shop to express his concern that the high wind made the round unplayable and we had only managed to play 7 holes, could we have a wind checkHe spoke to Kristen Allard and her response was quote there are 300 golfers out there who are braving it 300 x $259 = $77,700 That response says they care more about money than customer service. We chose to leave after 7 holes than endure the miserable conditions. Such a shame.

Truly love this golf resort, while I wish it were cheaper I find it is worth the price as the courses are always in perfect condition. Been here 3 times now, played all 3 courses, and sure I will be back again. Food is also very good, and all of the staff have been very accommodating. If you love some high level golf and natural beauty you should really give it a chance.
