Red Rock Chevron & Car Wash

I always use the automatic car wash for convenience. The other day, it malfunctioned. Imagine my frustration when I paid twice thinking it didnt go through the first time, It still didnt work. I waited to see if it would drop off my account but it didnt. I called them and explained my situation. Within a matter of minutes. Rob the manager called me back and said hed give me a refund. He could see what happened. When things dont go right, dont bash a business. Give them a chance to make it right! Thanks Rob and team!

Self car wash.. rinse cycle comes out with soap, spotless water leaves many spots.. never going here again

I went yesterday to the self wash. Says $5 To start wash and says you get 10 minutes. I used my card and only got 4 minutes which isnt enough time to wash the car. Credit card receipt shows $10 pending but that could just be a temporary charge and it gets adjusted later. Other than that this could be a great place to wash my ride. The even have a blower to help dry the car quicker, but unfortunately had no time to even try. Now transaction posted for $15 for a 4 minute car wash instead of the $5 that it should of been. This is not the first time Ive used this car wash the week before with no issues and was only charged $5, for 10 minutes.
