        David and Mike and his team were very responsive, attentive, kind and accommodating to our requests, needs and very flexible in accommodating to the cultural variances and nuances. They carried themselves very professionally, and we never got the sense of them trying to sell or pressure us to get anything more than what we truly wanted. They truly deserve a 10/10 as we could not have expected better customer service!

        Dora at Palm Mortuary felt more like a friend than a representative of Palms. She spent the time to get to know me. She explained in detail what was involved in pre-planning and the cost of each service that was offered. I had used Palm previously when my husband passed and knew I would return when I decided to pre-plan my own services. I hope to be around for many years to come, but it is nice to know that the cost and need to make decisions will be minimal for my family.

        Customer service was fair. Ive used Palms 3 other times in the past, the coordinator was excellent. This past experience was awful, check list of who to contact wasnt in the packet, death certificate had a typo, notification of my husbands ashes and death certificate didnt happen. When I called they had both the week before. I was told the corrected death certificate would take 6-8 wks, fortunately it came back a bit sooner. I displayed my displeasure with the receptionist, she assured me she would forward to office mgr. I did get a return call from her. I felt it was unreasonable to pay for the typo on dc, she assured I would be reimbursed. However she followed through with dc dept to find the corrected dc were in, and it would cost $20 to mail them to me. I said I think not! She agreed. Through all of this never heard a thing from my coordinatorTim!. The main concern was upselling, didnt concentrate on the business at hand! Palms Mortuary always had a good reputation and service, in the future Ill be looking elsewhere.
