Buyer beware! While Truman was pleasant to talk to, the whole operation is very unprofessional. My brother passed away late May. We did not have his ashes or the death certificates we ordered by July. I finally started calling and got only excuses as to why. We finally got his ashes early August but no death certificates. I got excuses that the office girl quit and never ordered them to the health district messed it up. He told me he ordered them and two weeks later I still did not have them. I finally got smart and called the health district myself. They told me they were orders two days prior to my phone call not two weeks. In the last ten years, I have dealt with three deaths in my family and this was by far the worst experience.

They are in probation after operating without a proper license, the owner trying to sell the company to Truman (Mr. Carter) without board approval, and FRAUD!!! We had a horrible experience with them. Please do not make the same mistake we did! They will try to scam you to pay for expedited and then refuse to pay La Paloma (who actually does the cremations for them) the fee. Just ask La Paloma how they do business, they miss their appointments and wait on taking care of family, then try and blame everyone else, refusing to take any responsibility. It took a MONTH to get a basic cremation, no service, nothing else. They are frauds and scammers.
