        1 - Repeatedly doesn't return calls. 2 - no one has a clue as to the status of account. 3 - Service manager NEVER follows through. We canceled our account.

        Calling for TWO DAYS! No answer. Phone system always says they are busy. I've called at least 20 times and held for at least 25 minutes a couple times. I can't even get a response to give a proper review but I guess that's very telling and a review in itself. I will move on to the next company, they were close so I was trying to support them. Oh well.
