I received great customer service from their service technician Johnny. We were having problems with our remote garage door opener and Johnny did a great job fixing the problem. He made sure things were working again. I appreciate a company that stands behind their products.

They were checking the fire alarm system at the complex we live in. They came into my apartment and it turns out the fire alarms were disconnected. Rather than connecting them and going about their business one of the Employees took it upon himself to threaten me with jail time. He said I dont know what youre doing but whatever you do dont touch the alarm because if their is a fire and your neighbor doesnt hear the alarm they could die and Youll go to jail . I told him idk what hes talking about and that we didnt touch it. I then told him to have a nice day and he proceeded to keep talking. This was in front of my wife and new born baby by the way. It wasnt until my wife and I told him to get out more than once that he finally decided to leave. Unbelievably unprofessional.
