Worst Wendy's ever by far we tried it a couple months ago and it was terrible? My wife wanted to give it another try ? We waited over 20 plus minutes and when I went in four people that work there texting on their phones food was poor grease needed to be changed store was filthy? Who ever owns this place they need to clean house ! One word describes this place its GROSS

I work at Albertsons and I understand that it can be horrible working in the food/service industry. But no matter how horrible it is you have to do your job. This is by far the worst Wendy's, excuse me worst fast food place I've ever been to. I was steadfastly ignored and stood at the register for at least 13 minutes. I know because that's how long I had before I had to go Back to work. The cashier and all of the goons in the back clearly saw me but would not meet my eyes. This is not the first time I've been to this particular diveand received awful service with the exception of one time where the cashier was courteous and actually gave me a free frosty. The food there is meh, but it's Wendy's and it's fast food so it's probably always meh.

Worst experience at a Wendy's ever! Food took about 20 minutes! It appeared than only one person was working! My buddies order was screwed up. It took the cashier 5 more minutes to get us ketchup, all the while two off duty employees were standing up at the counter slowing the cashier down. One was going in the back with a cigarette in hand, begging the cashier for $5 gas money! Another customer walked out without receiving her order because of the wait! Very unprofessional and no customer service! Wendy's is going down the tubes! What would Dave Thomas say?

I love Wendy's, but every time I come I'm reminded why I dont eat Wendy's as often as I want. EVERY time I come here there is a wait time over 25 minutes at the drive through. Literally every time! The burgers are great, but I'm done with Wendy's!

I only left one star cause I had to leave a review; I would've given it a zero star rating! I went through the drive-thru and I was not greeted! After, I said hello and waited for a moment before she rudely took my order. She didn't let me finish ordering and demanded me to pull up. I had to tell her to allow me to finish my order. After I pulled up to pay, she was gossiping with a coworker and had the same coworker take my payment. They allowed the window to slam in my face when taking the card. The coworker did say please and thank you, but her tone of voice indicated her insincerity. She did not give me my receipt and sent me to the next window. The second window we waited sometime before receiving our meal! There were no napkins and she also let the window slam in my face before allowing me to ask for my receipt.
