Dr. Raddatz helped me tremendously! When I placed the call trying to find someone to listen to me I was truly hopeless, I was dealing with high amounts of stress and mood changes. My relationship with my husband wasnt the greatest and I felt like I was getting lost is a world of unhappiness despite having it all to be happy. Dr. Raddatz gave me so many tools to learn to manage stress, to see things in a different light, to recognize the things that were affecting me so badly and to let go of things from my past that I didnt even know existed in me. I am so lucky I found someone who has years and years of experience and truly cared for me and my progress. I will forever be thankful for his help.

Dr.Alan is amazing and very helpful and understanding. I highly recommend him. He is very experienced and listens to all the details and recommends the best books that fit the type of like challenges we are facing.
