I was a bit hesitant about starting therapy with Schatoya Prince, as she had just started with Browning. I told myself to give it a chance. That decision proved to be life-changing, for the better.
Upon meeting her for the first time, her smile and sunny disposition quickly put me at ease. She listens intently and has the ability to process information and make accurate assessments quickly. She is the most intelligent therapist that I have ever had. She makes you feel very important, which is important to me due to my low self-esteem resulting from the situation that I was in.
I am already seeing a light at the end of the tunnel. I look forward to my therapy sessions as she gives me great hope for the future. I would highly recommend her!

This has been one of the best experiences Ive ever had with therapy. They go above and beyond to help me when it came to having a difficult schedule. I was always contacted and informed of everything I needed to know. The online portal made it easy to set up my paperwork and insurance information. I couldnt recommend them more!

After years of battling depression and anxiety, I finally decided to try therapy again. Previous experiences with therapy were awful! I was always handed off to new therapists having to start over.... sharing my story and past trauma and building trust with a stranger all over again. When I found Browning though, it was different. Matt Marx was my therapist and he was awesome. I felt very comfortable with him and shared everything with him. I trusted him immensely and valued all the great advice he gave.
My depression was up and down with lots of changes in medication but throughout my time at Browning, meeting with Matt weekly, I almost always left his office feeling reassured that everything would work out and be okay.
Suddenly, after over 2 years, there was a possibility I wouldn't be able to continue treatment. I was told my insurance now only covered 45 min, not an hour so since he's a supervisor, I'd have to switch to a new therapist. Then on one of my last visits, Matt said, "Good news, you're insurance approved 1 hour sessions again!" This meant I didn't need to switch. Shortly after that though, the office notified me I was switching to a new therapist since I was only approved for 45min sessions. When i told Annali (who works in the office) what Matt had said, she told me she wasn't sure why he told me that and in order to continue with Browning, I would need to change therapist.
After building trust and feeling comfortable sharing all my embarrassing issues with a therapist, I was being dropped. I already have abandonment issues, now after 2 years, my therapist was abandoning me just after losing my aunt to breast cancer and me finding new masses in my breasts.
I will NEVER trust a therapist again!!
Before seeking a therapist REMEMBER PEOPLE, they DON'T really care about you, it's their job so it's only about the money!!
