I had great service the nurse was so wonderful and doctor until I call tonight the nurse was so rude and I ask why is she been so rude all I wanted was a code for cvs she got so rude I even told her why would u do this to the hospital and be this awful to a patient that just needed a code she slam the phone on me wow I will file a complaint

I had a very personal issue and they made my visit there comfortable the nurses and the doctor were very professional and comforting that everything will be fine and it did. Thank you all for your help...

I went in for a stuck contact lenses and they have no sense of urgency. The first thing the so called doctor told me is they dont have the right equipment and that theyre computers are down. He didnt know what he was looking for. Made my eye sore even worse and told me i have to see my eye doctor in the morning because i cant find the contacts even when i told him its literally in the middle and i can feel it with my finger. So I was discharged and was asked to pay $500 copay for literally nothing. I asked the front desk why im getting charge when they couldnt fix the issue and made it worse and she said its because its a consultation.

Great experience. I went in for severe pain. Doctor was nice and had a nice bedside manner. The RN and other medical staff were all professional and friendly. At the bigger hospital ER there was a 2-4 hour wait time, I came here and had almost no wait time. It is just like any other ER but a little smaller. They have private exam rooms. They have the same capabilities as a big hospital ER with the exception of MRIs. They have CAT scans and X-rays avail. I was pleasantly pleased.

*IF YOU NEED EMERGENCY CARE GO TO A REAL HOSPITAL - DO NOT COME HERE!* This place is a glorified Urgent Care. They have ZERO sense of urgency and they are severely lacking in empathy and bedside manner. They fail to communicate and are quick to brush the patient's concerns aside. I brought my husband in at 2 AM for EXTERME abdominal pain. He was sobbing, couldn't stand, and was literally doubled over in pain - the woman at the front desk barely reacted and they wouldn't even start triage until I was able to find his ID and insurance card. I had them, I just had no idea where they were in the wallet, so while I rummaged through my husband's stuff they just stood there staring. Turns out he is passing a kidney stone so they gave him "pain meds" and discharged him eventhough he was still vomiting, in pain, and could barely stand.
