During my vacation, I had a small medical problem and went to the medical center. I had to pay $2,600 for an 8 minute exam on my left eye. Zero stars for the US healthcare system.

If you need certificate of compliance such supplementary document, they can't provide, search for other center for testing. I did send email asking them if they can provide the document before making payment, they only urge me to pay. I made my mistake of not pushing them to provide the doc before i paid. Anyway, the girl at the center told me they would arrange full refund to me but need a day for highup approval, i would have my refund confirmation by the end of the day. For sure, it did not happen and till now they still keep sending message asking me when i take the test! Very very bad experience and don't go there when you have a choice.
