I had an appointment today at 1 pm and due to a cancellation they came at 10 am. This is the third time that I have used Neptune Electric. Jose and his crew are very professional and have always done excellent work. If your looking to have electrical done these are the guys to call. Prices are very reasonable.

Appreciative of the great service provided by Neptune Electric. They answered my call with a live person and then followed up with another staff confirming my appointment. This gave me a lot of confidence to trust that the company was very professional and would provide great service. Sure enough, because of availability, they were able to come out the same day to assess the problem. Upon arrival, Jose then was patient and thorough and didn't have a problem with me asking questions as he worked on fixing the problem. I definitely look forward to hiring them again.

James is the best! He is responsive and keeps you updated. He provided a written estimate, arrived on time and answered all questions. He is extremely knowledgeable, and cleaned up when finished - including vacuuming! He will be our go to person for all things electrical. I do not recommend this company!  I have contacted them three times with no luck of getting them out.  The first call I was told that they would call back and never did so I had to call them after a couple of days.  I call back but during the week and kept getting voicemail with no call back.   The third time I finally get an appointment, wait around, and during the window span they are supposed to be here they call to cancel and reschedule for the following week.   I will be sure to not recommend this company to anyone!   Very unfortunate and the issue with dealing with a small company run out of a garage!
