They have good customer service, depending who you get on the phone but 4/5 are good.

I couldn't even get through the phone system. Press or say 1 to select English, I pressed and said 1, but the phone system didn't compute it. Are they run by clueless & useless people?

I moved into Vegas from Henderson (where I lived for 6 years with zero negative water issues). I bought a home here a year ago and have had nothing but problems with billing, outages without proper notification, bad customer service, and the latest.. They swindled me out of about 4 thousand dollars on my water conservation check after I converted my lawn to turf. Not to mention the tiered water bills here that I never had before with bills reaching 600-800$ a month in the summer. Unreal
