No one at this Walgreens deserves their job. EVERY TIME I come to this Walgreens I ALWAYS encounter a problem. Don't waste your time or money here. Find a better Walgreens to go to.

I've been coming here for the past 6 years and I fill my meds every 3 months. This pharmacy at the So.Rainbow/Robindale are so bad, extremely rude staff, and so irresponsible. I will be changing my prescription to another store. It took them 2 days to fill my meds..their excuse was they couldn't find me on the system...unbelievable

Melanie, paul, kris, carelton, and those who so take the time to make this pharmacy and store neighborhood friendly deserve nothing but the upmost respect. Ive gone here for years and have had nothing but positive experiences with the staff. If anything, it is customers ive seen first hand be nothing but rude, impatient, snobby, acting as if they have ownership in walgreens and in pharmaceuticals treat these folks as if theyre another piece to pill to a bottle. Totally absurd. People are impatient and these wonderful folks are at no fault for thing that are out of their control and the patients control. And the fact that these are the types of folks that make or break neighborhood spots says a lot. You need folks like these who know your locals. Anyone is replaceable. Whats not replaceable is the heart what makes a neighborhood walgreens an actual neighborhood walgreens. Real people that actually help.

Awful costumer service from the pharmacy. Can not use good RX with controlled substances. They are the only walgreens in town that does  not accept it. They don't tell you that other walgreens do accept it when at the counter which is misinforming the costumer. if i knew this i would have just had it filled somewhere else. I had to call and be on hold for 30 minutes to get any answers. Awful communication and long wait times. Go to a Sav-on across street. Meds are always half the price and good RX accepted
