Everything was explained to me in detail. The dentist shared with me some of the pictures of my teeth and what should be done. Everyone was very nice.

The whole staff was amazing. Everyone was nice. I was in and out for my teeth exams. I look forward to my cleanings in two weeks. I appreciate them for understanding my financial hardships, and breaking the payments in two.

Do not recommend. Their billing dept is horrible. They over charge on the date of service then it takes an act of God to get your refund, I had a root canal back in April. They charged me almost 700.00 upfront and told me depending on Delta Dental I may get a refund. Delta Dental approved half of that and stated the patient was not responsible for anymore. After calculating what I had already paid minus what I was responsible for, they owed me a 393.00 refund. I have been trying to get my refund ever since. I hear excuses like they had to do an audit before refunding my money. They submitted a 2nd claim 3 months after the fact for the same date of service, which makes no sense, apparently trying to use up the remainder of my money. Yesterday they tell me they were waiting on payment on that 2nd claim from Delta Dental before they could provide my refund. I called the Delta Dental today to find out when the claim would be paid and they stated it was paid back on June 7. I am not sure how they have all these other good reviews but I call BS.
