I don't usually write these Google reviews, but my experience at Prime Care Dental was so outstanding that I felt compelled to share. As a recent transplant to Henderson from out of state, I've had my fair share of experiences with different dental offices. However, it wasn't until I visited Prime Care Dental that I found the level of satisfaction I'd been searching for. Dr. Choi and his staff are simply exceptional. Dr. Choi's expertise is unmatched; he's informative, careful, and exudes professionalism at every turn. His detailed explanations and gentle approach instantly put me at ease, making the cavity fix-up process a breeze. Dr. Choi's assistant, Hannah, whose competence and efficiency were truly impressive. Together, they form a dream team that's hard to beat. Danielle, the front person, made the administrative side of things a breeze. Her kindness, promptness, and sweet demeanor were a welcome change from the norm. In summary, Prime Care Dental has become my go-to dental office in Henderson. If you're new to the area or just looking for top-notch dental care, I can't recommend them enough. Dr. Choi and his fantastic team will ensure you receive the care you deserve with a smile.

I am slightly more frightened of visiting dentists than I am of visiting a mortician. Danielle, Hannah, and Dr. Choi are working on changing this. So far in 8 days, I have had three appointments, one of which Dr. Choi sent me to see a specialist, who gave me a root canal-my second biggest dental fear. Today, Dr. Choi and Hannah fitted me with a temporary crown Both Hannah and Dr. Choi are extremely gentle and very accommodating of my extreme dental phobia. After getting through a root canal, I knew I could get through today, though I did use nitrous. To be honest, I did not even have elevated blood pressure before today's procedure. Danielle, the office manager, is a stark contrast to my former dentist's office manager. No pressure, just sweet and very reassuring. Danielle, Hannah, and Dr. Choi are kind, compassionate people. and I look forward to getting through my planned dental work and beyond in the future. Thank you, thank you!
