I'm giving this office 2 stars instead of 1 because the staff is very friendly and professional and it's beyond their control what the office charges. If you want friendly people and you are willing to pay ++++ this is your place. This practice is extremely expensive. Any patient that goes there should expect to pay their share of the rent, electric, and all the other bells and whistles. After I had my exam and was given my treatment plan, I almost passed out. I was going in for a broken tooth and my entire treatment plan was like $28,000. Fyi, this was to keep my teeth, not implants, which might be cheaper. When I asked about just fixing the tooth, it came down to $2,221, and that's still after my insurance covered $1500. I left the office in shock because I wasn't expecting to buy a car there. I went to another practice I've used before on the west side, and payed $500 out of pocket. I showed the other practice this office's prices and they were besides themselves on the upcharging. Dental insurance almost never covers 100% unless you have fantastic teeth and gums. Be prepared to spend money anywhere you go, but always get a second opinion. Update: After speaking with the practice owner, I recieved updated pricing information and clarification, which would have been helpful from the beginning. The treatment plan price is based on the best materials and procedures recommended. You can ask to remove certain procedures and use a material that's less expensive to help lower your cost. This was not made aware to me at the visit, only that I didn't have to do the full treatment plan up front and that they offer financing. Also, their cash price is better than their insurance price because they do want to help their customers that are in need of their services and do not have dental insurance. I'm still confused on that part because I pay a premium for insurance to help lower my costs. I still recommend getting a second opinion but I would also ask to speak with the owner before you dismiss this office. Let him know what type of budget you are working with. He does truly care about your dental needs and wants people to be able to afford proper dental care. He states that he placed his office in this location to help service this community. Because of the communication with Dr Ben, I'll add 1 star to my review.

Dr. Ben and his staff are great! Customer service made feel comfortable. No long wait time to be seen. They explain all of the procedures thoroughly.

Absolutely fantastic in everyway. Great communication as to what my problems were that needed attention. The staff was all great to me.

This is one of the nicest dental offices I have ever dealt with. Dr. Abrahams and his staff were very professional and compassionate. Im glad I found this office! I wanted to give an update to my review since I now have been seen three times. I cannot express enough how nice everyone is. I had multiple cavities that needed filling, and Dr. Ben and Olidia were beyond sweet, extremely fast, and diligent. Tiffany was so happy I finished filling my cavities and encouraged me to hit the "I'm cavity free" gong, which is a fun touch. I also got my first cleaning today by Connie. She did such an amazing job and was so fun to talk to. She took the time to make sure I was using the right techniques in brushing, flossing, and using a Waterpik. I never liked going to a dentist, but now I look forward to seeing all of these people!
