        On Saturday 3/30/2024, at a routine 6 month morning appointment, I was asked to pay $120 for a procedure when we have dental Health Insurance coverage that is automatically paid for monthly and deducted from work earnings. The woman Desk person, one of three, came to us at the dental chair cubicle during the dental cleaning and asked me to pay for a routine procedure, "that isn't fully covered" in her words, with a credit card. I paid her $20 Cash that I had on me. She walked away and did not print me out any receipt.

        Not good. Wouldnt talk to me nearly the entire appointment. Waited over 40 minutes to get my gums poked. No cleaning done. No one walked me through anything.
