Mountain America is on the same level as Wells Fargo! They are both horrible! I live in a different state and when I have to call customer service I dread it! I have a password on my account and was not asked for it and nobody can seem to send me a card replacement on the last 2 calls I have made. Telling me you and your manager has the same tools that they cannot help me is NOT EXCEPTABLE! I have fraud on my account. i need it handled and a new card. If it weren't for the auto loan that is with this bank I would not be a customer! Come April it will be paid off and I will be closing all of my accounts. I would not ever refer this institution to anyone!

The staff is professional, friendly, & informative. They helped me in establishing both regular & secured Visa cards, & business accounts!
