        In my working career I have been involved with 7 upgrades on computer systems. Never have I seen such horrible treatment with issues that I reported. You should be ashamed. When you have an upgrade you expect issues and calls. Add more staff to help with issues. I was on hold for one hour. As soon as possible I will be out of your system

        I strongly recommend against joining this archaic credit union. They treat you less than human, and do not care about the public and follow very strange protocols. Their tellers are inexperienced, unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful. Go to One Nevada instead.

        This bank is so bad — slow, impolite, never open. It’s the worst. If changing banks wasn’t so inconvenient, I’d be long gone. Is it possible to hate a bank? Cuz I hate this bank. They legit don’t even have an ATM at their own branch on Sahara.
