Our mugs turned out great! The process was super easy and customer service was very helpful and quick to respond. The mugs have been really popular so we're going to be re-ordering soon.

It was too easy to order made in USA growlers. They assured me that while they had both USA and imported glass, all I had to do was request USA origin in the notes. It wasn't until I went to reorder and was planning to send my own supplied growlers in that it was clear what happened: they sent the cheaper import from the get go. Efforts to get them to make it right, which I was told they would do, were unanswered.

Apparently not dishwasher-safe if you use detergent at all. I sold numerous glasses to my customers and almost all of them had issues with fading on the 2-3 dishwasher cycle. I reached out to customer service and was told that I MUST be using the one detergent that will remove the decal. I told them that was not the case, just to have them call me and gaslight me for about 10 minutes stating that all of the brands I listed contained an ingredient that would remove the decal despite being basic household names like Cascade. I was then asked to send as many glasses as possible for them to "test." When asked if I would get refunded at least the glasses I would have to send in, I was told "well they have issues don't they?" implying that I was lying about the issues. I will not be using them again. They showed little concern for my lost profits and their product quality.

Great product! Great Customer service! William, their CEO helped expedite my order to make sure I received it (beer & wine glasses) for an event we were having. Absolutely recommend them and will absolutely be making another purchase!

I've had four orders through Glass and Growlers and will not be ordering from them again. The first was a set of custom rocks glasses. Overall, these were very good. The next three orders were for custom mugs. Every time, there were issues with alignment and misprints in every batch I was sent. Beyond that, many customers have complained to us about print fading and washing off. The issue of washing off was with natural detergent in a dishwasher, but the fading has happened in normal dishwashers with conventional dishwasher detergents. Their customer service was responsive but seemed to believe all of these issues were normal and were unapologetic, offering small discounts, not product replacement, and only when I pressured them about it.
