Beware! Paid to have three trucks wrapped. They got two completed. Went to drop off the 3rd and were told their machines were down. Went back at a later time and were told they did not have the correct size wrap and we would have to come back. We were told when we came back that they lost our artwork. Trying to be understanding during the pandemic, we have reached out again and they said we broke our contract, even though they turned us away every time. They are now saying they can't refund the amount for the unfinished truck, they can't finish it because they state they are out of business and the best thing they can do is give us our artwork (magically that reappeared).

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE... I called to receive a quote and the owner stated that she will email me it and not give it to me over the phone and hung up on me. I called back and she state I quote "If you're too cheap to pay for the service and provide your information I don't even wanna waste my time" I asked, do you realize you are talking to a customer and not someone you know. She said yes. I'm appalled. Look what the pandemic has created. Yikes. If this is the reaction you receive from calling to get a quote, imagine what she would do if she messed up on the work. TERRIBLE

They did me right, great iver the phone sevice by Nicole. A little delay at start but holy smokes they "wrapped" it up quick and in a time crunch too. Great price. If any other Realtors are looking for open house signs this is the only place to go. Thx Gecko

I worked in the large-scale print industry for over two years in both project management and sales. In that time, I learned the difference between quick and quality work, and swift and shoddy work. I am impressed with the level of service I received from Katie Lyon and Gavin the PM (mine wasn't a simple request), and especially with the reaction time! Our logos look perfect, were done on time, and even after an ordering hiccup on our end, GeckoWraps accommodated and made us look professional and polished! I will absolutely be using them for any and all such needs in the future!
