        Rude workers not a overall good shopping experience, Was pretty much ignored the entire time I was in the store. Serious customer service training needed. The brand itself is amazing quality pieces higher priced but def worth it for the quality.

        Stumbled upon Scotch & Soda as I've only seen this sold in fine department stores. Great deals on everything,  like 20% off jackets which I found a nice winter jacket for this season. According to the sales associate, S&S Outlet sells past season approximately 2-3 years ago. Two years ago was 2020 Pandemic. At that time, nobody was traveling, no social events, students had to attend virtual school. IMHO these merchandise is still brand new haha lol!

        Daniel was super on top of things and began helping me the moment I walked in and was extremely friendly. Instantly set up a dressing room for me and was ready to check me out the moment I was finished trying on clothes. He made my day at the outlets.
