The only good thing about this location is the selection. Once you find what you're looking for, interact with literally any employee to make your blood pressure skyrocket. They clearly have a standard of hiring anyone but pleasant human beings.

The place was really well set up. As soon as I walked in, I immediately saw the things I was looking for. The place was organized and peaceful. Although I will say the customer service was meh. The person who assisted me made me feel like I was somewhat a bother.

If I could give a negative rating I would, but unfortunately you have to give at least one star rating. Bottom line, if you want exceptionally good customer service, go to the Abercrombie store at Fashion Show Mall, however, if you want attitude, terrible customer service, and condescending looks sent your way this is the store for you! And to make it even worse of an experience, they promise customers who sign up for the bombardment of emails and promotional text messages with a $10 discount, but once youve already signed up for this supposed discount they conveniently cant figure out how to apply the discount to the transaction and then shrug their shoulders and say Oh well, sorry for the inconvenience, but I cant help you with that. Avoid this location at all costs.
