What happened today was just ridiculous! I went out of my way to come here and use a coupon for 2 chicken sandwiches. First the worker took an extremely long time to help me & he didnt look that bright tbh. Then he tells me he doesnt know how to enter the coupon into the system so he goes back to talk to some woman. Then he comes back telling me she told him this was a CA coupon & theyre not honoring it I got it in my mailbox here in Las Vegas so that was false! I even showed him on the coupon it was not excluded in NV..but he just nods his head & kept saying I dont know. I was FURIOUS! I submitted a complaint with corporate & hopefully theyll show me better service & respond.

Horrible customer service. Ordered the 8 piece chicken and 8 piece tenders fill up. 1st they forgot to give us our biscuits. Which is at times an honest mistake. But then the didn't give us our 8 piece tenders. Which is our fault we didn't check the order till we got home. So went back to ask for them and the employee Crystal gave us the worst customer service. Said it was our fault for not checking the order. I understand things happen but to forget to items and giving us the response that the employee Crystal gave us is just pain wrong.

If you want a cab see that doesn't follow directions this is your KFC because I'm doing doordash it's only 9 and these guys already have the doors locked when the sign on the door says they don't close until 10 p.m. so find a KFC elsewhere that follows the H on the door and doesn't do what they want like this that's why I gave it only two stars

Ordered a #1. It used to be $5. It was over $8. The chicken was greasy and dry. It was disgusting. I didn't get a receipt. I requested new chicken, they gave me extra crispy chicken. I ate one bite, it was bland and dry. I feel queazy. I will never eat KFC again. It's definitely gone down hill for years and years, it's really sad.
