Went in today with red plum coupon. 14 pieces leg and thigh, 2 sides 6 biscuits for 29.99. Went to window and was told 35.99
They had no clue about coupon. They did take 6.00$ dollars off price. But when we got home we had 6 thighs and 10 wings. I'm sorry but it doesn't take a genius to tell a leg from a thigh. Store #0212094, ticket #1003.

Stopped here for lunch today, the lobby is closed, drive thur service only. Order a two piece box with
a breast and leg, original recipe. It was the worst meal ever, the chicken was so over cooked, rock
hard, dried out and no edible. it went in the trash.
i did not have time to back through the drive in line to complain. The store manager needs to pay attention to the product the staff is serving.

Unbelievable how rude the employees are at this store, we went inside and immediately told to leave even though the signs say open. Not by one person but repeatedly by other employees. Was told that drive thru only was open, that was fine but do they have to be so aggressive. Boycotting these places is the only way to go, when business is down theyll get the message. So long.

If you get sick after going to the Fort Apache location- blame the manager. They force SICK employees to work and punish them when they do leave due to throwing up and having diarrhea. My daughter worked there and has been punished for leaving when she had the stomach flu. Ill spare you the details but it wasnt pretty. Completely unacceptable and honestly disgusting. They also had another worker there- PREPPING food- crying because she was so sick. Among other stories. To each their own, but I wouldnt go there.
