Bad service, rude employees, I ordered extra crispy but half was original, they said they had no more extra crispy chicken in breasts , only original recipe. Food : 4/5 | Service : 1/5 | Atmosphere : 2/5

I keep giving this location a chance because its close by but today was the last time I think. Id say about half of the time I come here I leave with everything I ordered. Today I ordered a 3 piece tender meal and they forgot my side and the biscuit. Just got three tenders and a drink. On top of that, probably MORE than half the time I go Im asked to pull around front to wait for my food, and Im only ever getting food for, at most, two people. This sort of thing happens so often here I finally had to write a review and just cant keep giving them my business.

No more Hot Wings they say it's because they are too costly & are thrown away too often. ... heyHeyHEY, just make them to order then & a winWinWIN
We ordered the new Wraps & had 1 of each: Original n Spicy. The Original just had mayo n pickles & the Spicy has a Spicy sauce, slaw n pickles. ... we didn't get the pickles but we both preferred the Spicy
It was busy, which was nice to see!
Clean
The Ladies Room was clean
I didn't order but the female Associate that gave me our food was super nice n had a great smile behind her mask I could tell because it went clear to her eyes!

Management went out of their way to compromise on something that was posted incorrectly for all of Las Vegas.
Extremely friendly. ..considering!

Wheelchair accessibility: Several spaces n a ramp right by the door
