Hello, I have a phone that may have been delivered to this address. I have spent a week and a half trying to track it down (with no phone because the original screen is messed up). It was offered to be sent from IL to Las Vegas because I had planned to vacation there. Something came up and I did not go to Vegas. I received word that my phone was delievered to Vegas but I have heard zero updates since. I have gone to my store front a couple time now in IL and all they can say is that it was delievered. There is no telling when it will be sent back. FEDEX tracking number is: 568381674846. I have talked to customer service many times, there is NO way to contact anyone directly through the stores this is my last resort. Please help me.

Was trying to change my VZ cellular plan and hoped to get some assistance at the store. The employee assisted me in scheduling a call back in an hour from the customer service call center who helped me get my plan changed. Tiffany made all the changes and answered questions I had about the new plans by line. Everything was wrapped up in about 20 minutes. Appreciated the store employee and the rep at the customer service department.

Probably the worst customer service experience Ive had. We wait over an hour without an appointment, though we were told it would only be a few minutes, so we sensibly set up an appointment for the following evening. We arrive for our appointment, three other reps working including a manager, but we were told we have to wait until the ONE customer with ONE of the reps was finished. Manager told us she had things to get done because shed been helping customers all day (imagine that at a retail location) so wed have to wait until that one rep was available. The manager was restocking phone cases and apparently she could not step away to assist customers. There was also another rep standing up at the front who had no customers and apparently he was about to leave (he was still there 15 minutes later, no sign of leaving). This is unacceptable customer service, no matter how patient someone is. Find another retailer, folks. Dont waste your time with this one.

Terrible. Walked in to buy a new iPhone 13 and theres only 2 workers and no customers. They refused to help me because I dont have an appointment even though there was no one else in the store. Its my only day off in the next 2 weeks. Oh well.. Ill just go to the apple store.

I wish I can see my experience was great but let’s just say I want to go get my new phones last month and I was overcharged on my account twice and they still have not fixed the issue but let’s just say I am no longer a Verizon customer
