I will never go to this location ever again and bring them business. I purchased a new cell phone, phone case and screen protector from this location today. The screen protector and phone case were $30 for the bundle package. When the associate tried to apply the new screen protector on the new cell phone I purchased, she realized the screen protector was cracked upon taking it out of the package. The associate stated that they did not have a second one on hand. I simply asked for a refund of just the cell phone case and glass protector. The owner Lisa said she did not give refunds on accessories and all sales were final. Lisa the owner's way of rectifying the situation was to put a comparable glass screen protector on my new phone that did not fit properly. I didn't even touch the new cell phone that I purchased or either of the accessories or walk out of the store and yet I was still denied a refund on damaged goods. The owner Lisa is a rip-off and crook and I will be contacting the better Business bureau as well as making a formal complaint with LLC. Do not ever bring this company business. They also said I could go to another location and get the exact screen protector for my model on phone but I would have to go to Maryland parkway and Sahara to pick it up or wait for someone to drive it to this location and later be inconvenienced by returning to the store at a later time. All they had to do was just refund me for the screen protector and case. Unreal. Poor Anna the associate had to deal with me because her boss/owner of location is dishonest and greedy.

Cricket confirmed this location scams for extra Sim card that is not necessary. They charge extra fees that are not standard of cricket stores.

This location is by far the best Cricket Wireless Retailer location I have been to. The ladies were very helpful, pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. Maria is amazing at what she does. I have had bad experiences at other places before but Maria knows this trade inside and out and is very patient and goes above and beyond to assist. I highly recommend this location and give it 5 stars for impeccable customer service.
