Been there last week to change the cracked glass on my iPad 6gen. Paid 75$ which was a fair price. The work was done very quickly and I picked up the iPad the same day. When I picked it up i don't really remember how much battery it had but once it died it wouldn't charge anymore. I've had this device for about 5 years and I never had any issues with it until now, this being the 1st time I have it in the shop to get fixed and big surprise now it doesn't work. After numerous phone calls I brought the iPad back to the store and after I've spoken to the guy that works there in the morning he was very polite but he told me that he'd have to open it up to see what's wrong with it and that he'd give me a call later that day to tell me what's wrong with it. I had to call and come back to the store several times because I didn't get any updates and the next day I had to come again and ge said that the charging cort is very loose and it'd have to be replaced and there's no way they could've done anything when the screen was open because the screen has nothing to do withthe charger and the best he could do is replace it and give me a discount that would go from 120$ to 60$. I never asked for my money back but I would've expected for it to be fixed free of charge since it worked just fine for 5 years and suddenly it doesn't charge anymore. He kept telling me that he had to have it approved with corporate but they don't approve of him to replace the part free of charge. When I went back to pick up the iPad the next day he wasn't there but the girl who works afternoons was there and I asked if there's any possible way to get in contact with corporate myself because I would really like to get this issue fixed to what she gave me a business card with the email and said I could only contact them through email. Ok. I got home and wrote an email to which I got back an automated response that the email address doesn't exist. I thought I made a mistake and double checked several times and I tried to send emails a couple of times but same automated response that the email address doesn't exist. I went onto their online page to check for a contact option and there was a phone nr for the corporate headquarters which I called and a guy Mike answered telling me that he's received several phone calls from people telling him the same story but it's the wrong number. So now I have no way of contacting anyone that would be able to help me with my issue. Email address and phone number are a lie and they won't fix my iPad unless I pay another 60$.

I talk to both reps and tech we did fix your i pad and nothing is wrong with part we used, but i do understand where you coming from not knowing how your ipad stopped charging, we also can tell you why or how it got damage we are 100% sure is not do to replacing digitizer is 2 totally different types of repairs. your charging port is broken/loose. we try to keep all our customers happy and thats why we offer to fix it for half the price we charge. i can guarantee you that if it was something we did wrong we would do everything in our power to make it right everyone makes mistakes and we have made some in the past and fully took responsibility for our mistake. unfortunately this time is not the case. i recommend for you watch a youtube video on how digitizer gets replaced and you can see that charging port never gets touch or we get anywhere close to it to be able to damage it. again we still willing to fix the issue at 50% off regular price, thank you for your time and thank you. hope your can gives us another chance to make this right
