This is by far the ABSOLUTE WORST rental car experience of my life and I've rented well over 100 cars. They ran out of reserved cars. The lobby was jam packed with upset people waiting for cars to get returned just hoping it might be theirs. The service was horrible. The staff was arrogant and rude. I was overcharged for an excessively dirty car after I hand washed it the day before returning it. But since the lobby was jammed, I would have had to go to a car wash, then get back in line and risk missing my flight. They knew that and just smirked. I guess some road salt got on the front of the car during the drive back to Budget. There was no negotiation on what an "excessively dirty" car was. So I was charged an ADDITIONAL $150! "It's in the contract" they said and smiled. While they went into great detail about a "dirty" interior fee, they NEVER mentioned the exterior!! I will never, ever rent from BUDGET again.

Absolutely garbage set up over here. Reserved my car a month in advance, showed up, no vehicles available. Not just mine, literally zero vehicles. Myself and around 10 other people left hanging. Couldnt even be bothered to call their customers to give them a heads up. Paid out of pocket to get here for nothing.
