        While staying at the Luxor Hotel and Casino, my Car Rental experience was easy, problem free and convenient. Avis Car Rental is...GREAT!!!

        Was issued a car with this tire damage! While I was able to get a car (Mustang instead of a Chrysler 300), when I went back to talk about my experience, my concerns were dismissed by the manager. According to the Manager, the tires were perfectly fine. You be the judge. Yes, those are steel belts visible on the tire sidewall! Clearly, this is a damaged tire that compromises safety.

        Zero stars on this one. Rented a car for $286 for 2 days and called to extend for another 5 days within that period. AVIS then charged me an additional $2400USD for those 5 days without telling me the rate had gone up 500%. They don't even realize how much this will cost them in lost revenue from just the two companies I own. Smart move AVIS
