Budget Car Rental

RESERVATIONS DON'T MEAN ANYTHING HERE!! Had a confirmed reservation for President's Day weekend. Only after I reached the counter do they tell us that there are no cars available! And then he goes on to explain how 'reservations work'. The reservation only reserves the rate and not the actual car! Does it make any sense? Apparently they don't care about stranding tourists at the airport without transportation. And absolutely no courtesy to at least inform us in advance so that we can make alternate arrangements. This company deserves to go out of business!

Had a reservation months in advance and was told they were all out of cars upon arrival. They did not care to try to make the huge inconvenience better whatsoever. Was simple told, Get out of line, theres no cars available, with no regards to how this would affect ones travel. Extremely disappointed.

People at counter were very vague and pushy. We left with our rental but with feelings of being exploited and milked. This location seems to lack basic business ethics. Needless to say, we wont be using their services again.

Prepaid for a car and when I arrived they told me they had no more car availableAfter showing them that I had paid in advance they magically came up with my car. Wouldnt recommend giving them business, not worth the headache.
