Absolutely misleading booking and horrible customer service. The agent who checked us in was rude, and gave us a completely wrong license plate so we had to wander the whe garage trying to find it

Two attendants may not be enough for the location. If you are a Vegas local, be sure to bring a copy of either your NV Energy or Southwest Gas bills. This particular location requires it for locals only and the pickup counter isn't the best time to find that out. After some debate and calls to management, they finally accepted my North Las Vegas utilities bill. I was in line at 8:40 and as of writing this at 9:30, I'm still waiting for the car to be brought down.

The place was hard to find within hotel but the lady was nice and the car (a Buick SUV) wasnt too bad.

Had to wait an hour for the car, front desk was very disorganized. I would avoid if possible
