I participated in the Hurry Up Huddle and am so glad I did. There were five business owners working together to understand how we can not only improve the profitability of our businesses, but to do so in a way that makes it more enticing to a potential buyer.
Mark is an excellent facilitator. He made sure we stayed on track with the material, but allowed plenty of time for conversation and learning from each other.
I have applied several of the ideas learned and am so pleased to have had the opportunity. I highly recommend the Huddle.

This afternoon I was able to join Mark's "Office Hours" session on Zoom with another Business Owner who is considering opening a new business. Mark took the time to learn more about his current business and the new concept. The session was really a great idea to have time set aside for Business Owners to get Mark's expert advice. Coming into the Hurry-up Huddle program, I thought that my businesses was so valuable to others, that it would just make sense to buy into it. After completing the 8-week course, I not only had my eyes opened, but was looking through a new lens that has catapulted my business over 13-percent in value from just 8 weeks ago.
This course helps you understand where your business stands in the eyes of others. It also brings new ideas to the table of how to grow your business without you being present.
I was fortunate to take this course with other knowledgeable folks who supported me and gave great advice throughout.
Mark Mraz really opens your mind to critical thought processing that is needed to grow your business beyond where you thought it could be.
I look forward to turning to Mark for shared wisdom, but I couldn't have arrived where I'm at now without his help and program.

Mark at Crossing the Goal Partners has been a great help to us and our business. I have appreciated his willingness to learn about how we operate and offer suggestions for both strategic and tactical process improvements. When I make key business decisions, I feel like I have a little Mark on my shoulder reminding me to think about running my business strategically and investing in my time working ON the business instead of spending it all IN the business.
