Normally I won't give a 5 star or 10 rating unless something extraordinary was done. I 've told many businesses that rating systems should allow a 4.5 or a 9.5 , just so some get high marks but only top reserved for the very best or something very special. Well here I had to give Nevada Registered Agent Service 5 Stars because seems they are the best and cover all the bases and make it all very simple. Many do very well and have multitudes of services that alot of small businesses don't need or just cost to much . Seems Nevada Reg. Agent Service covers all the bases and does it at a minimum cost for any business large and small. I have had a small LLC in Las Vegas for at least 10 years and have had several reg. agents but NRAS is my far the best and the least expensive while still covering everything most businesses need. I don't think that by using NEVADA REGISTERED AGENT SERVICE you can go wrong.
