Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

The Manager Lesley chavarria has a bad attitude,I was trying to cash a check, and she said that she can't cash it because that person never writes checks and there was no way to verify the check ,why do you give checks if people can't cash them ,I told her please call or verify other way and she responded we don't call or use other verification way .that's very stupid. If you get checks from this bank, you can't write because they will not be able to cash them .What a waste of time

This bank of America is the worst at tropicana and decature I was at 1 :59 pm on Saturday the security african american close the door so rude when I spoke to him the manager so rude slamed the door to me while I was talking to her she looks like Asian very bad attitude.

The manager lied about clients and schedules and tried to stereotype me because of my color and gave me the worst experience by coming up with new unheard set of informations.
