I would have gave 0 stars if it was possible. The WORST bank I have EVER been to. I am here out of town for thanksgiving. The bank teller Gina Coleman was the absolute worse person I have encountered out here. A very very poor representation for BMO. Very combative. I spoke to the branch manager Amela and she said she would address the issue with Gina Coleman and I sure hope she does. Horrible representative Gina Coleman.

This Bank of the West branch used to be pretty good. Now the BMO has bought them, I would advise all to STAY AWAY. Corporate BMO has horrible service, they really dont care. Their website looks okay but it is impossible to resolve issues. I dont understand how that works as a business model, yet there they are doing it. Really, take your business elsewhere. Dont trust them with your money.

They let go of all the personable people who had good customer service and even a couple who remember you by name. The customer service was never great over all but after they let go most of the staff its the most sad, stuffy old bank with the slowest service. The Black Lady with glasses is the worst. Some days she tries to be a decent human but most days shes miserable and seriously difficult. Shes always been difficult. Are you unhappy with the job or is it life? The other older Blonde White lady is very slow and lacks great customer service as well. Terrible location. Im thinking of changing banks but since theres a switch Ill give BMO a small window of a chance. However, I will not return to this location unless its an ATM deposit. I will not deal with those Tellers again. No thanks.

Worst banking experience ever. Many different reasons, mainly their employees lack of any level of customer service and time management of handling transactions. No wonder they were bought out, and would make sense if BMO decides to close down Las Vegas area locations.
