    The shop is clean. The owner, Ed, has been helpful. Gave me a great deal. The mechanic knows his stuff. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I had my friend come here who is older and a widow. They helped get her car to the shop. Even gave her a ride to work. The staff treated her with respect. Another shop quoted her over three times the cost she paid here. Which is a problem with a lone woman taking her car into a shop. As a single mother, this was a great comfort.

    Nightmare experience. People should avoid Jaime and this shop like the plague. Absolutely non existent communication, the guy will blow you off and always have an excuse. I had unfortunately come across this so called mechanic by way of recommendation of friends who used to own this place and since sold it. New owners and Jaime being the new shop lead. The guys a joke. I brought him my Mitsubishi Evolution X for a clutch replacement. For 9 weeks, Jaime avoided my calls and gave me excuse after excuse about why my car wasn't finished, let alone making progress. In fact went to visit a few times in person only to see my car that's been sitting at his shop for two months, untouched and he's working on some new customers car. (Something like an oil change, thats basically all he's capable of). He truly only got to work on my car after i reasonably reached out saying if i cant get ny car back soon id need to take legal action. And after finally 9 weeks of waiting, being charged for excessive fluids Jaime had to use because he had to do, re-do, and retry a third time..After TEN weeks, I finally have my car back in a WORSE condition than when it went in. No boost, service transmission lights, and excessive noise coming from under the car I've yet been able to pinpoint because of the HOWLER of a job Jaime rushed out. Now I've got hundreds if not thousands of costs in repairs now because I let this guy work on my car. Don't make my mistake. Don't let this clown touch your car and go somewhere else.

    Horrible experience. Jaime always had a reason why he didn't call back. Mentioned phone lines, new ownership. Even after verifying new number, he never called back. Can't trust a place that doesn't communicate. He led me on for a week and a half telling me he's almost ready to accept a vehicle. Did not feel comfortable dropping off a vehicle when no communication is present.
