I called after google searching for fridge repair. A man answers "hello?" Leaving me guessing if this is the right number. I ask if this is Alex Fridge Repair and I get a "yes...." Like is this a business or what? I go on about my inquiry b.c I've committed myself this far and Alex goes on saying he's at Church and to call tomorrow.
Yea, I wont be calling tomorrow. Google says you're open today Alex, and you just lost a potential customer because you obviously didn't care that I called you for the business I can only assume you do at this point. You should work out these details before your business name and phone number is put on Google.

Freezer was service and didn't cool down for 3 days after repairs. Turns out the main port was frozen solid with ice when they install a coil.

I was a little frustrated at first because my $8,000 freezer still had the same problem, but Alex came out himself and fixed it at no extra charge. A few months later, the same problem came back and a new one. Alex only charged me for the part for the new problem. It seem to all be working great now so I have no complaints.
