Excellent Air and Appliance Ll

This company cares about getting work not getting it done which is the problem nowadays. We had an appt scheduled and they missed it then came the next day and said it’s no problem. Then they say it’s the blower and that we won’t get fixed til Tuesday as it’s a holiday weekend and nothings open now. 🤔 soooo... if you want to get something fixed in a timely professional manner and not get stuck with people who don’t care about you or your kids being in the heat, then I do NOT recommend this business as the tech I received were sub par and the company was unresponsive in our time of need. Hopefully this helps others avoid this waste of time and money.👎🏻👎🏻

Updated: they fixed the issue, but we were inconvenienced significantly. We were made to feel like we were not a top priority and were made to suffer longer in extreme Vegas heat due to errors on their part.
