        Alejandro came out to adjust our Sub Zero and was on time, professional, explained the operation and maintenance of the unit, and had a great demeanor. Would definitely recommend them again. Very easy to make an appointment through the 1-800 number. Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

        Great online appointment request syatem. They are very communicative regarding your appointment request and getting your appointment confirmed. They also text you your confirmed appointment time with a picture of your service tech. This made me feel safe. Our tech Louis was very professional and informative. Although, I did not end up using them for a repair (we ended up purchasing a new washer machine), the entire process was handled very efficiently. I would definitely call them out for any appliance issue that may arise. Highly recommend on customer service alone.
