My AHS warranty company connected us to this company for a dishwasher issue. The gentleman was very informative and corrected the problem on the first visit. I have no complaints, thanks for the 5 star visit.

They came out from from me filing a claim with my home warranty. I don't know why this place has less than 4 stars , but they came out and had my dryer fixed in no time. Plus was very timely.

I have had several negative experiences with this company because they are contracted with my home warranty company. Everytime I need an appliance repaired, they say it is repaired multiple times, but it is not, and I have to keep rescheduling them to come out again. This has happened with a dryer repair, an oven repair, and a refrigerator repair. It is particularly frustrating to have to take multiple days off of work for each time they must come back. Technicians are not knowledgeable or qualified. Unless forced by your warranty company, do not use this business.

These people are flat out thieves. My home warranty company listed them, I should have checked the reviews. They came here, walked in, looked at the microwave for one minute, left and charged 100$ and told the warranty company the damage was from abuse. These guys are scum.

0 star. This is the worst business, they scammed people. And American home shield has no idea about this contractor. Dont ever come here and do business with them.
