Called to make an inquiry to repair a fridge and met a bitter old lady who only cared about getting my credit card information but wont answer any questions regarding how their process works. Scammers!!!! No I wont give you my card if you cant even convince me that youre a business. She told me if I wont give her the card then go somewhere else. Thieves!!!!

Deceptive business practices. Our washer went out suddenly and we came into Royal Appiances after being referred by another used appliance store. This store sells mostly new but also some scratch and dent that they get from big box stores. We purchased one of those to save some money and we were told it was tested, working and included a one year warranty. Not really true. And AFTER paying for the unit we’re then given a piece of paper stating that there are no refunds on such units. The machine, after being delivered and installed by them did not work and the “tech” they sent was clearly not a certified repair person. He said we would have to choose a different scratch and dent, no repair would be made. I’m hoping that it is actually new and not used and can get it repaired under the factory warranty. I’m going to call Maytag. Avoid the headache and the deception. Just shop the big stores. They at least stand behind their products.
