Pine Village Apartments

This place has mold. Everything is smashed and covered with plywood. The roaches are out of control here and management never fixes anything properly. We have plumbing issues and the apartments smell terrible. I had to go without ac and plumbing this month. Now the ceilings are wet and falling down.They want me to pay for an apartment transfer for their mistakes.Berry is terrible and never fixes anything properly. These people are slum lords.

On 5/27/23 The maintenance man berry he camn to my apartment and he help us with the stove the bedroom door and I will like to say thank you to berry he's a good man

It literally doesnt get any worse than this place. Roaches, leaks, my AC has never worked despite them saying its working my kids have had to be in 90 degrees in the house all the time. I gave up even trying to make my place look decent because the whole complex is such trash you are literally better off living outside in a box. The fact that theyre upping the rent is absolutely unbelievable. I moved and pay not that much more now for an incredible place and my car isnt broken into everyday, yay!! This place needs to be condemned and demolished. Period.
