        This complex is hit or miss. Sometimes they have security and almost everything is fine. Then, the next week, security is gone, and maintenance issues emerge. Also, wifi and hot water have occasional outages, and the fire alarm goes off frequently. Furthermore, there are occasional issues with sketchy characters hanging out. (I hope they keep the security they currently have. This is a rough neighborhood and requires almost constant security.)

        I have bed bugs but it isnt a priority to be taken care of for anyone but me apparently, whether I have somewhere to live or not. Ive never been late or forgotten to pay my rent, but my problems are forgotten often living here.
