Auric Symphony Park

A TRUE HIDDEN GEM! I have lived in Las Vegas for many-many years and never knew there could be a Luxury Apartment Home community such as this one AND located downtown. The staff and management at Auric Symphony Park are absolutely AMAZING, professional, and super helpful! They make you feel like family. The staff knows their residents by name and that speaks volumes. To begin, I called Auric Symphony Park to inquire about the units. Instantly I felt reassured by the representatives welcoming tone and knowledge about the property. We all know, for some of us, when looking for a new home it can be stressful and tedious. Before I ended the call, my interest in Auric Symphony was 10x greater which prompted me to schedule a tour. When I arrived for my scheduled tour, the representative was ready for me. The concierge offered me coffee from the lobby's coffee machine (which makes specialty coffee of your choice), tea, water, or a soft drink. The lobby itself is so beautiful. I felt like I was at a resort. Everything was immaculate! They have several lounge areas inside the club house that provides space for you to relax outside of your apartment home. They also have a large patio area if you just want to relax, read a book, have a drink, or just enjoy some fresh air. They have an enclosed bike rack/repair area, doggy park (super clean and kept up), a beautiful pool with cabanas and additional tanning areas, hot tub, pool table, ping pong table, big screen TV's in the pool area, fully equipped gym, enclosed-secured mailroom, a lounge that oversees Southern downtown and the Smiths Center, which is a beautiful addition to the scenery. You can also rent the lounge for small intimate gatherings, or even for a fun night of karaoke! They also offer meeting/conference rooms as well. They have a deck with games like oversized Jenga, cornhole, and extra space for you to enjoy your own specialty games, as well as a nice cozy firepit! Inside of the lobby area they have big screen TV's and a few conference rooms as well. They also provide a calendar with free on property community events for Auric residents to enjoy! The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful. Marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, gas stove WITH A GRIDDLE, industrial sink, front load washer and dryer, walk in closet, celling fans in each room, a spacious shower/tub, and the bathrooms come with a super huge mirror. I know all of these amenities can be seen online, but online does this place little justice. YOU MUST SEE IT IN PERSON! During your scheduled tour, they take their time showing you all the amenities, and answer all of your questions. Everyone at Auric Symphony Park was so warm and welcoming. I mean everyone- the staff, the residents, even the residents' pets are well mannered! If you're looking for an upscale, diverse, but subtle community- this is it! I made the move and I am 100% happy and excited about my new home here at Auric Symphony Park!

I cannot possibly express how much I love this place in this post alone but it truly is an amazing place to live in. I'm so thankful to have finally found a place I call home and live amongst the friendliest residents ever! Management here is extremely focused on making this building the best place to live in- Work orders are responded to immediately, common areas are always super clean and our 24 hour concierge makes everything super convenient. I've been living here for 8 months now and I'm so happy I made the move from Summerlin!

This is such a beautiful, well thought-out and inviting property. I have been on the hunt for a place for the past few months with the debate on if I should continue living here in Las Vegas or head back to the Midwest. I felt like all of the places I checked out weren't giving me the right vibe... until I found Auric. From walking into the lobby and meeting with my agent to the beautifully decorated interior and the friendly tenants I am in the final stages of staying here in Vegas and going forward with making this place my new home. I love the secured parking and balconies as well as the sense of community you get from both the employees and tenants alike. Thank you guys so much for touring through this magnificent property and I look forward to making this my address soon

HUGE SHOUT OUT TO THE BEST CONCIERGE EVER! Auric definitely knocks it out of the park with the amazing staff that work here. Auric holds so many events for the residents, but sadly my husband and I rarely get to take advantage of them due to our work schedules. For me its especially difficult as I work 2 jobs (by choice) and have no days off. On 3/17/22 when I got the reminder text about the St Patricks Day event they were having to celebrate in a healthy way via Juice Stars, I replied and I asked if they could save one for me! I have received replies previously so I thought, Maybe Sure enough Trey texted me back stating he would. I told him I should be able to arrive by 7pm as the event was 5-7pm. Somehow I made it right at 7pm EXACTLY and Trey had indeed saved the VERY healthy green hook up for me! What a great way for me to detox after a long day and an even longer week. Thank you, Auric Symphony Park! You have the most incredible staff! Trey is our FAVORITE!!! Whether its via the staff or carefully chosen residents, Auric makes sure you feel like you are HOME! Im so glad we listened to our hearts and chose to live here even before we knew what the property would be like. Weve watched it flourish literally from the ground up. Cheers!

This place is Paradise!!! Luxury, luxury, luxury!!! We were blown away with the design decisions throughout the building. The way pool area is laid out with BBQ grills. Huge TV (Its gotta be 200+ inches) Misting cabanas, pool table, ping pong etc..... I could go on and on! From the first time we called/walked in and met Don, we knew immediately during our tour that this was our new home!!! Don was very professional, thorough, and informative. He walked us thru the application process and when we had questions from L.A., he would always respond in a timely fashion with solutions. Moving from out of state posed a few logistical hurdles, but Don and the concierge team went out of their way to make sure our move was an easy transition. Once we moved in, we quickly became part of this awesome community. They host fun events like "Beer and Popcorn" and "Bubbles and Brunch'' that give residents the opportunity to get to know one another. Our neighbors are awesome and we love the amenities here! It's a special place! So happy to be here! Mike
