The other years I've lived in Las Vegas we went elsewhere for taxes, and this year decided we needed a better place. So I hopped on here and found this place, expecting to not be taken as a new client due to how close to tax day it was. Wouldn't ya know they had a cancellation the day after I called so we were super thankful and glad. It's kind of hidden behind Walgreens, without a sign beyond what's on the door. The office is SO PRETTY and super old school looking, big chairs and heavy furniture. Crystal at the front couldn't have been nicer, and our time with Phil was pretty short to the point and absurdly east. We gave him everything we needed to, wasn't much talking involved until it got to details, and before we knew it we were out the door. It also was much less than we've paid before where the experiences were much more draining. Phil and crystal were both so nice, helpful and informative. He helped us understand some confusing things we encountered recently. We will definitely be back for taxes time next year.
