They used to be Good but that was years ago, I don't know who they hired to answer emails or handle the calls but super rude, & you can't get nothing done since everything is done remotely now as they're no longer in the office very hard to do business with when the front of house has terrible people skills

These guys are shady af. I used them over a decade ago, at that time they double billed me and pretended it was a misunderstanding. Last year I got notified by the California government that these guys have Power of Attorney over my tax profile... over a decade later, they never revoked it, and I'm not even a resident of California! Lies, shortcuts, and fraud are what you can expect from Jason and David. They refused to help me fix the situation and I've been left to figure it out on my own with the California bureaucracy.
