They will take the best possible care of your cat, but it comes at great cost and you also might get conflicting advice between different veterinarians, which is very unfortunate and confusing. Everyone is very nice and they took great care of my newly adopted cat. They were able to brush the mats out of his fur that the shelter had not taken care of, and charged me less than $10 for it. It was also very nice to not hear barking dogs in the waiting room - cats I have taken to the vet previously always found barking dogs alarming so it is a huge benefit that this office is cats only.
